“The job was complete without issue and staff member was friendly and informative. I would have appreciated after ringing on Tuesday being relayed the job wouldn’t be completed till Friday due to public holiday on Thursday. I would have rung around to get someone to complete the day of or on the Wednesday if I had known previously.”
