Requesting a correction to your listing

If your business is listed on locallytrusted.org and the information shown is inaccurate — wrong address, outdated phone number, incorrect category, or similar — you can request a correction. All information is sourced from Google Business Profile, so in most cases the fastest fix is to update your GBP directly. If you believe the data shown here does not match your current GBP, email us and we will resync.

When requesting a correction, include:

Your business name and the URL of the listing page
What is currently shown and what it should say
Your role or authority to request the change (e.g. owner, authorised manager)

We aim to action correction requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Requesting removal of your listing

If you are the owner or authorised representative of a business listed here and wish to have your listing removed entirely, we will honour that request. Email us at correction@locallytrusted.org with:

Your business name and the URL of the listing page
Your role or authority to request removal

We will remove the listing and ensure it is not regenerated. We aim to action removal requests as soon as reasonably possible.
