“Our envirocycle septic system warning sounded soon after midnight last night, which I muted! After evaluation this morning, I found the aerator pump (Secoh HDK-80) had failed, so I looked online and phoned around to find prices exorbitant for a similar model in a different brand. Though when speaking with Ross, I discovered he had the exact model I wanted, and at a far better price... and he dropped it off at my home only a couple of hours later! Great service straight up. Ross is a very friendly and helpful fellow, who also gave me advice re our envirocycle and other plumbing matters... so we've just found ourselves a new plumber! When he was about to leave, I discovered that Elite Wastewater and Plumbing also have their own excavator and tipper, so can dig to install tanks, and perform other earthworks... I'm going to have a few more jobs for Ross!!”

“Ross and Brooke from Elite Waste Water and Plumbing were able to come out promptly to replace a failing septic/grey water system at very short notice. The work was outstanding and the price was exactly what was quoted even though Ross had to do a lot of extra work to replace the existing (dodgy) plumbing that had been hooked up by previous owners. I highly recommend them.”
